Unlike other honeys made from flower nectar, Oak Honey is special. It comes from honeydew, a natural sweet liquid produced by aphids and cochineal insects that live on oak trees. Bees collect this honeydew and turn it into one of the richest and most unique honeys in the world.

Our Oak Honey is harvested in Lebanon’s oak forests at 300–800 meters above sea level. It has a dark color, strong earthy taste, and thick texture – full of minerals, antioxidants, and natural goodness.
